Sales Strategies – REAF Program – Incubation
Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.
The Rural Entrepreneurs in Agri-Food (REAF) program aims at strengthening the business and product viability of innovative startups tackling sustainable rural economic development operating in South Mount Lebanon, Central and West Bekaa. The program will provide the startups with the tools to transform their ideas into sustainable and profitable businesses. REAF’s youth training will enhance their entrepreneurship mentality and entry into the job market.
The Accelerator Program's mission is to nurture and grow ideas, proof of concepts, and prototypes that share three common characteristics:
- An innovative approach to agri-food, eco-tourism, circular economy, and sustainable agriculture.
- The possibility to scale in the local market and beyond that.
- The potential to create sustainable job opportunities locally.
- Empower startups (8 within this cohort) with the knowledge and skills to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide personalized guidance through one-on-one clinics to address specific sales challenges and opportunities.
- Assist startups in optimizing their sales processes, from market identification to closing deals.
- Foster a data-driven approach to sales decision-making and performance improvement.
The REAF Program seeks a Sales Strategy Trainer to deliver the following requirements:
- Conduct a full-day workshop on Sales Strategies covering topics such as target market identification, value proposition development, sales messaging, sales funnel design, and sales metrics.
- Provide one-on-one clinics tailored to the needs of each startup, with a focus on addressing individual sales challenges and refining sales strategies.
- Assist startups in setting revenue targets, devising pricing strategies, and mapping customer journey maps.
- Offer guidance on data-driven decision-making and performance tracking to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Conduct pre-engagement and post-engagement briefings with the Berytech team to align objectives and assess outcomes.
- Deliver a comprehensive full-day workshop on Sales Strategies.
- Provide a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 20 hours of one-on-one clinics to the startups, with a distribution of hours as agreed upon.
- Ensure startups develop sales strategies, structure sales funnels, set revenue targets, devise pricing strategies, and map customer journey maps.
- Submit a written report to the Berytech team outlining the progress and status of each startup, including recommendations for further improvement.
- Experience and expertise in sales strategy development and training.
- Demonstrated ability to work with startups and entrepreneurs.
- Track record of delivering impactful workshops and personalized coaching sessions.
- Understanding of data-driven sales techniques and metrics.
- Availability to commit to the program timeline and deliverables.

Your financial proposal should include a lump sum fee for the workshop and an hourly rate for the 1on1 clinics.
