Provide trauma-sensitive counseling and support to LGBTQIA+ individuals who have experienced trauma, including torture, discrimination, and violence. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, develop and implement mental health programs, and offer capacity-building training for mental health providers. Collaborate with team members for holistic support and maintain confidential beneficaries records.
