  • Conduct community outreach activities to identify and assess potential beneficiaries for Multi-purpose Cash Assistance and other services in Emergency context.
  • Plan the distribution kits/materials as per contextual circumstances and as per donor requirements
  • Raise awareness about the project within the local community and ensure clear communication of project goals and eligibility criteria.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiary information, including demographics and specific needs.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, community leaders, and project partners to facilitate smooth project implementation.
  • Coordinate the efficient distribution of food parcels and other kits to eligible beneficiaries, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Address challenges and concerns raised by beneficiaries, ensuring a responsive and client-centered approach.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, attend regular meetings, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
  • Utilize basic computer applications for data recording, reporting, and project management.
  • Monitor and evaluate outreach activities, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Uphold ethical standards and promote positive relationships with the community.
  • Perform other essential duties as deemed necessary by the line manager

  • Reporting

  • Ensure proper documentation of all Means of Verifications
  • Conduct data entry and provide reports on a daily basis about implemented activities.

  • Logistics & other operational departments

  • Keep track of kits and goods under project and liaise with stock keeper on goods delivery and or out of stock requests

  • Respond to incoming referrals related to Emergency under area of intervention
