FSF Idealab Program - Refreshments - RFQ
We are calling to receive quotations for refreshments (Lunch) for Idea Lab Program, a pre-accelerator entrepreneurship program to help youth turn their ideas and prototypes in the fields of Cleantech and AgriFoodTech into viable businesses.
Idea Lab program is run in Beirut area by FSF Farah Social Foundation, in partnership with Berytech and co-funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands under the ACT Smart Innovation Hub, a comprehensive initiative launched by Berytech to enable the Lebanese entrepreneurial ecosystem and stimulate innovation and startup creation in the agriculture, food, and clean technology sectors.
The duration of the Quotation should be spanning from January 2024 to October 2025
- Cycle 3: April 2024 to July 2024 (2 days Ideathon & 5 days training)
- Cycle 4: November 2024 to February 2025 (2 days Ideathon & 5 days training)
- Cycle 5: July 2025 to October 2025 (2 days Ideathon & 5 days training)
Filming location: Beirut - Karantina – Nafas Center.
DELIVERABLES
50 Lunch Boxes per day during the Ideathon
25 Lunch boxes per training (5 trainings) per cycle (3 Cycles).
The Lunch box should include:
- Main dish
- Salad
- Dessert
- Juice/soft drink
- Cutlery
