World Vision is launching a global campaign over the next three years to mobilize citizens and leaders to create a world where every child has enough nourishing food to thrive. The goal is to impact 125 million children by 2026 through a two-pronged approach: ensuring hungry and malnourished children are visible and prioritized in policies and funding, and improving access to nutritious food and resilience.

All National Companies interested in Tender participation should submit the Letter of Interest to WV Lebanon Procurement email address [email protected], to receive the Tender Documentation.

 

Letter of Interest should include following information:

 

  • 3054282 I WVL I Call for Tender - Campaign adaptation and Social Media engagement plan
  • Name of Company.
  • Contact Information: Contact Person, Telephone, Mobile & Email.

 

Deadline for the submission of Letter of Interest is January 09, 2024 12:00 PM Lebanon Time since the deadline of Submission offers is January 12, 2024.

 

Please note:

  • Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation.
  • Any submission of Letter of Interest after deadline will be rejected and companies will not be invited to Tender.

 

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants by January 04, 2024, since the deadline of offers submission via online system is January 12, 2024 8:00pm Tender documents will include detailed BOQs and TOR and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system; no hard copies or email submission will be accepted.

Payments will be made via fresh money transfer.

 

The Supplier needs to bear the cross-border transfer charges for an approximate amount of $45 for any sum below $10,000 and $95 for any sum above $10,000 which will be deducted directly from each transfer.

               

In case the Consultant is not registered with Ministry of Finance, a deduction of 7.5 % should always be considered.

 

VAT will be paid in LBP to vendors based on the official exchange rate being published by the government

How to apply

You should click on "View Event" tab on the bottom right of the screen. This will take you to a Web page where you can tick the yellow box to intend to participate, then click on Enter Response on the bottom right of the screen. You will be re-directed to a page where you can download relevant tender documents and upload your offer in the "Add File" Tab on the right.

To make sure to add the Total amount including VAT in Tab “Items & Lot”.
