RTI-QITABI3-EOI: Needs Assessment for Intermediate and Secondary Schools in Lebanon

Research Triangle Institute (RTI) implementing the USAID-funded QITABI 3 Activity, formally invites interested bidders to submit proposals to conduct a “Needs Assessment for Intermediate and Secondary Schools in Lebanon’’.
The aim of this study is to inform decisions and guide planning and implementation efforts to reach the overarching goal of enabling intermediate and secondary schools to provide learners with life skills, career guidance, and foreign language acquisition to empower them to identify and develop their capacities, competencies, values, adaptability, and resilience to continuously grow and take informed educational and professional decisions throughout their future paths which will ensure their overall wellbeing.
How to apply
Interested bidders should email procurement@qitabi3.org and malzaatari@qitabi3.org between 21 December and 28 December to receive the RFP, including scope of work, specifications, and terms & conditions.
Final bids must be submitted by email to procurement@qitabi3.org and malzaatari@qitabi3.org, in addition to a copy delivered, in a sealed envelope, to QITABI 3 Beirut offices [6th floor, Azar bldg. Dmitri Hayek Roundabout (facing Habtoor Hotel), Sin El Fil, Beirut] no later than Thursday, January 11, 5:00 PM Beirut time.
