Business Support Coordinator
Secure the long-term viability of the Agro-Humanitarian Center (AHC) by effectively managing costs and guaranteeing sufficient revenue generation to cover both operational expenses (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
Provide support to the Agriculture Program Manager in formulating and executing strategies to ensure the sustainability of the AHCs.
Regularly perform market analysis and evaluate demand to guarantee a sufficient supply of goods and services to meet the requirements of farmers and producers.
Perform market research and analysis in coordination with the field team to identify the demand and potential customer base for AHC’s services.
Update AHCs services pricing strategies when needed.
Work in collaboration with the AHCs team to create marketing materials and execute promotional campaigns.
Take charge of guiding area coordinators in overseeing the efficient management of AHCs services for both farmers and the local community.
Strive to enhance economic efficiency in production and explore new suppliers for raw materials with the aim of reducing production costs.
Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and efficient resource utilization.
Continuously monitor the performance and financial viability of the AHCs, offering regular updates to the Agriculture Program Manager.
Identify and report any deficiencies or weaknesses and provide recommendations for solutions.
Provide support to the team in evaluating the impact and effectiveness of the AHCs services, ensuring efficient progress towards the targets defined by the program manager.
Facilitate the coordination of meetings, workshops, and training sessions for program staff, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
Applies and follows code of ethics, values, mission, and vision of Order of Malta – Lebanon
