Request for Proposal and ToR for the needs assessment for alternative care and family support services.

In the process of developing a strategy for the coming years, SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon wants to explore potential provision of services. The needs assessment should be carried out in the following locations: Central Bekaa and Baalbeck-Hermel for both Lebanese population and Syrian refugees’ communities. SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon is currently not providing any alternative care programs in Baalbeck-Hermel, but is implementing alternative care programs in central Bekaa. In addition, SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon currently implements the Family Strengthening Programsin Central Bekaa and Baalbeck-Hermal.
