Annual Program Statement- Catalyst Fund for Relief and Response (CFRR)

The Lebanon Civic Action Accelerator Program (LEB-CAAP) is a United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded civil society strengthening program (2021-26) implemented by Family Health International (FHI 360). It will provide a combination of grants, technical assistance, and partnerships aimed at accelerating civil society activism to address Lebanon's compounded crises and advance long-term rights-based reforms.

LEB-CAAP introduced its first grant opportunity: The Catalyst Fund for Relief and Response to address the increasing needs and challenges of relief and response actors in Lebanon, as a result of the compounded crises that are impacting the country. The Fund aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of civil society actors to continue and/or expand their services and help them improve the effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and inclusivity of their relief and response services.

 The purpose of this Annual Program Statement (APS) is to solicit applications for funding under the Catalyst fund for Relief and Response.  FHI 360 is seeking full applications from civil society actors looking to enhance their ability to serve and respond to the increasing relief and response needs of local communities, as they operate in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment.
