Trucks Rental to Deliver Kits to beneficiaries (Mainly in Bekaa with frequent deliveries to other areas_)
Medair is looking for a transportation company to deliver non food tiem to beneficaries mainly in Bekaa areas with some deliveries to other areas in Lebanon.
How to apply
Bidders need to submit the below by an email to : [email protected] by December 9 ,2022.
1-Proof availability of trucks 10-ton Load for example Hino with drivers (with Driver’s License)
2-Proof of all risk Insurance for all trucks
3-Legal registration documents for the company
4-VAT registration documents
5-Fresh USD account
6-Supplier registration form(Attached)
7-Request for quotation (RFQ) attached, please do not add VAT (later will share the VAT exemptions with the winning bidder(s)
Note: If you are outsourcing trucks, you should mention this in the bid and provide the related documents
