  • In charge of project logistics in the 3 areas of project implementation;
  • Under the supervision of the Technical Expert and M&E and Reporting Specialist, develop and monitor implementation;
  • Support the update of project schedules as needed to help in tracking and monitoring and ensure that they are adhered to during implementation;
  • Gather information and enter data into the related databases to support ongoing monitoring and evaluation of implemented projects/ programs, including transcriptions;
  • Conduct field visits to monitor projects' activities and report on them to the Technical Expert and M&E and Reporting Specialist as relevant;
  • Attend and/ or participate in project activities and prepare briefs about them as well as minutes of meetings;
  • Support the provision of content for the website and social media platforms.
  • Ensure proper projects’ documentation, including the compilation and documentation of training material and best practices, among others as per the guidelines provided by management;
  • Liaise with other project team members to ensure sound implementation.

- A University degree in environmental sciences or related field - At least 3 years of proven relevant experience with non-governmental organizations, field experience is a plus - Excellent Arabic and English writing skills - Experience in preparing and delivering training workshops on water and sanitation - Experience in developing resources and compiling reports - Communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical skills - Adaptability and ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines - Ability to work with people from different personalities and backgrounds - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Attention to details - Ability to conduct frequent field visits to the areas of project implementation.
