Self Defense Activity Trainer

RDFL is seeking a  Self  Defense Activity Trainer.

Responsabilities are:

- Develop individual training programs.

- Observe and assess women and girls, and give them feedback. 

-Develop and practice your own skills. 

-Take responsibility for the health and safety of women and girls.

-Teaching relevant skills, tactics, and techniques.

-Monitoring and enhancing performance by providing tuition, encouragement and constructive feedback.

-Identifying strengths and weaknesses.

-Advising about health and lifestyle issues.

-Developing training programs.

-Undertaking administrative tasks.
