The IYCF SOP trainer will be responsible for conducting online workshops for NGOs and local partners on IYCF, to ensure their compliance with the Code and the Law 47/2008. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker who is up-to-date on the latest tools, guidelines and resources.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Liaise with IOCC team to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Update the available training material if needed
- Conduct online workshops for NGOs and local partners on the IYCF SOP to ensure their compliance with the Code and the Law 47/2008
- Keep attendance and other records of the training
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Native Arabic speaker is necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong persuasion skills
- Knowledge of various training methods and approaches.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams etc.
Experience:
- Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position
