Have you also been in difficult situations where you were not even sure what would help you to feel better? Have you also tried to push ‘negative’ feelings away, just to see them come back later? Do you feel overwhelmed, stressed, or confused but don’t really know what you can do about that?
In this session we will introduce a few steps that you can then use whenever you are looking for some clarity and understanding within yourself. We will first try to understand our feelings. Once we have ‘listened’ to them, it is usually easier to know what we really want. Based on this, we can then find various strategies to get into action.
That sounds almost too simple? Indeed, it needs some practice. We do not promise that you will be able to ‘sort it all out’ immediately, but we hope to provide you with some tools, insights and perspectives which you can use when you are stuck or want to take good care of yourself.
Hamada Joumah and Catrin Froehlich will facilitate this online session in English. You will not need to share anything about yourself if you don’t want to, and you can just join the session to listen and be guided through the process. However, there will be the opportunity to ask questions if you want.
