Construction Contractor / Public Library in Rajm Hussein Wadi Khaled Municipality

Position Summary

Search for Common Ground is currently implementing its project DIWAN in Wadi Khaled area. As part of this project Search intends to award contracts to a General Contractor for furnishing and equipping a public library in Rajm Hussein to raise awareness and culture of all age groups, to revive the importance of the book in developing culture and to help young people to conduct researches for schools, institutes and universities.  The project will be implemented in close cooperation with Search and Wadi Khaled municipality.

The position holder will more specifically have the following Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities

Detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) to reflect the request is attached. Interested contractors shall perform all works in a time efficient and professional manner in order to maintain a professional implementation of the project.

Shortlisted companies will be asked to conduct a site visit with Search team and the municipality representative.
