Programme partnership and partners’ support:

·        Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management

·         Lead on the identification and capacity mapping for partners, identify key players and generate interest in all governorates where TDH Italy is operational, in line with TDH IT programmatic strategies and priorities.

·         Organize and lead in partner assessment visits in coordination with Technical, Programme, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and Support.

·         Increase TDH IT staff’s capacity in regards to effective partnership management.

·         Develop, in collaboration with the Data Management Manager (/MEAL) a partnership management system within the TDH Italy Information Management System”

·         Lead and coordinate with technical capacity assessment, and ensure capacity development plans are developed and implemented. 

  • Support program and technical teams in implementing partnership evaluation

·         Liaise with partners on weekly basis to follow up on challenges of implementation, MEAL and reporting, or new requests and keep records accordingly.

·         Coordinate with Technical, Programme, MEAL and Support staff and ensure that TDH IT partners are receiving the necessary technical support needed.

·         Act as local partners’ focal point and work with capacity building advisor and manager to respond to partner’s requests in a timely manner

·         Support, and lead where necessary, the development of capacity building activities including organizing, and, when required, delivering training coaching and mentoring..

·         Provide feedback for background checks and tools to support assessment and strategic fit of local organizations.

·         Facilitate the strengthening of partners’ internal controls, capability to utilize grants and maintain an adequate management and information system, in order to increase accountability and the timeliness, quality and reliability of reporting, through coordination with core TDH IT departments and specialists

Collaboration and Coordination:

·        Together with program staff, contribute to internal and external progress reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, successes and challenges.

·         Coordinate the capacity assessment for TDH Italy partners and collate Technical, Programme and Support inputs in assessment forms in a timely manner.

·         Coordinate with the Communication team for visibility of partnership and supporting in the collection of stories and lessons learnt.

·         Coordinate with TDH IT team across the programme, to identify learning on Child Protection, Education, MEAL, HR, Finance, Procurement and Logistic.

·         Assist on other tasks as requested by the Line Manager and as deemed necessary for programme development.

·         Support development and adaptation of evaluation and assessment tools and guidance (for training)

·         Collaborate and coordinate with TDH IT MEAL, Programme and Finance team.

Organizational Tasks:

·         Organize monitoring trips to partners liaising between Technical, Programme, Finance, MEAL Teams in field offices and partners’ management.

·         Record and archive minutes of meeting and visit reports to partners and relevant stakeholders.

·         Collaborate, and follow-up with Programme and MEAL Managers on recommendations and action points.

·         Responsible for archiving and documentation of project data, including creation of adequate tools, uploading  and organize them on SharePoint.

·         Prepare, keep and update hard copies of partners’ and projects’ files.

·         Lead on organizing kick-off workshops and capacity building events as requested by Program and Project Manangers, liaising with Logistics and Finance departments
