Adolescent-Led Initiative Trainer

Assignment

Amel Association is looking to hire a trainer to conduct three training, each of 3 full days, for adolescents, in order to help them implement an adolescent-led initiative.

The training will provide time for peers to exchange ideas, discuss them and choose the best one to implement according to the outcome or change they aim to see in the community. It will also focus on the implementation phase, including management and evaluation.

Tasks and duties:

Provide a three-day training covering initiative preparation, implementation as well as evaluation phases. The trainer will implement the following tasks:

• Creative Thinking and Ideas Generation: Thinking out-of-the-box, discussing different ideas and choosing the best one.
• Communication Skills: Needed to handle communication between the peers and between them and the community.
• Management Skills.
• Budget Development.
• Group Roles: Assigning tasks for each team member and enhancing team spirit.
