LRPS 2021-9166512-Impact Evaluation of the TVET Programme
The scope of the Study can be broken down into the following three phases:
- Conceptualization (elaboration of methodological approach and inception report)
- Collection of Data with reminder actions (resulting in preliminary findings)
- Data analysis and report writing, deriving lessons learned and recommendations (resulting in the final report)
Initially only the first phase will be awarded and the second and third phases being included in the contract as an option. Since the study design and methodology will first be elaborated in detail during the first phase, the scope and requirements for data collection and data analysis cannot be concisely estimated at present. Nevertheless, it is intended that one consultant conducts the Study throughout the three phases subject to good performance in the first phase and an adequate financial offer for the second and third phases

UNICEF Lebanon would like to tender for Impact Evaluation of the TVET Programme as stipulated in the attached LRPS. Hence, I am writing to invite you for submitting your proposal to LRPS-2021- 9166512.
You are kindly requested to quote your best price and submit your proposal by e-mail ONLY to: [email protected] not later than 12:00h, 14 May 2021, otherwise it will be considered invalid.
Proposals should be sent by email ONLY to [email protected] in two separate emails not later than 12:00h, 14 May 2021: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.
- Email for technical proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number- name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.
- Email for price proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number- name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.
Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.
The reference LRPS-2021- 9166512 must be shown in the e-mail's subject.
