OBJECTIVE:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for all accounting transactions, cash management, banks reconciliations and support the accounting staff
DUTIES:
- Coordinate with administrative & program managers’ staff ensuring accurate cash management/control including petty/checks to secure that staff has necessary amounts to meet monthly petty cash needs
- Control and do all necessary verifications (invoices, receipts) insure that all documents are signed and approved by concerned people.
- Maintain trial balance sheets
- Support accounting staff, trainees and or any new comer
- Control payables accounts and insure that all accounts are reconciled
- Prepare and control bank reconciliations
- Control and coordinate the bookkeeping and all entries occurred on system
- Perform any other request from the Finance Manager and the Management

- Microsoft Office – highly skilled in all applications
- Good typing skills in Arabic
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- 5 – 7 years of experience
- Preferred Experience in ERP software
