RFQ-Car Rental Services

Description: Anera is seeking professional car rental services to support the implementation of its project activities and administrative work in Lebanon. To that end, Anera is requesting quotations from eligible bidders for long-term (yearly) car rental services. 

Eligibility:A Bidder shall meet the following criteria to be eligible to participate in Anera procurement of Services:

Registered in the Ministry of Finance (with a copy of the Commercial registration /VAT)

Registered in the Ministry of Tourism for providing car rental services in Lebanon.

A minimum of five years of good working experience in the requested service in Lebanon (Please fill Annex 1 and 1.1).

Capability to deliver all the requested fleet within One Week from contract signing.

To fix the prices for two years and accept the return and exchange of vehicles during the term of the agreement without any penalty on Anera.

The bidder should have the required type of vehicles and should have an available number of vehicles to replace damaged or malfunctioning ones preferably within 3 hours.
