Basmeh and Zeitooneh is a registered Lebanese organization, committed to serving refugees and vulnerable communities in Lebanon, through four community centers across the country. The organization runs educational, relief, livelihoods, and protection programs, and aims to serve as an inclusive and supportive focal point for the entire community.
Major Activities:
- Data analysis
- Support admins and NGOs in the current platform
- Backup of data on servers
- Configuring new devices on security and data restrictions
- Support users for hardware and software errors in electronic devices
- Troubleshooting hardware and software errors for staff
- Providing real-time support for the Incubator project
- Sending weekly report for key actions
- Provide training and full support for any user that should have access to platforms
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor in computer science or Information technology
- IT support technician experience
- Server 2012 experience
- A+ certificate is a plus
Competencies
Functional:
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Patience when communicating with people
