الوصف: 
  • Updates electronic profiles for the different beneficiaries of the program and submits them to Sponsorship Coordinator for approval.
  • Supervises all types of communication with the program beneficiaries (families, orphans, students, sick people, etc.)
  • Translates different types of documents related to beneficiaries from and to English and Arabic upon request and based on needs.
  • Completes all the sponsorship program related forms.
  • Conducts visits to different areas (if requested) to assess the situation of the beneficiaries and reports back to direct manager.
  • Undertakes any duties assigned to him / her by his / her Sponsorship Coordinator and direct manager if they are related to the program.

A. Academic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferable in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology. B. Professional Background • Minimum 2 years of experience in working in the humanitarian field/Sponsorship, social work background C. Skills and Capacities • Very good command of Lebanese Arabic; strong written and spoken English • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • High level of empathy, genuine care and respect for the needs of our beneficiaries. • Flexible work attitude • Commitment to humanitarian principles and values • Creativity in Planning Activities • Ability to create new initiatives • Ability to implement the activities according to the plan
