  • Plan the activities by doing field assessments
  • Plan activities of the center in close collaboration with the SW and the psychologist
  • Supervise the team of social workers
  • Monitor their jobs in order to respond to the refugees needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in the regions working with the same population
  • Collaborate with SW colleagues to identify participants for the sessions.
  • Attend meetings
  • Refer traumatized cases to the psychologist for counseling and assistance.
  • Conduct home visits to assess the needs of beneficiaries.
  • Conduct field visits depending on the follow-up to be provided to each beneficiary.
  • Conduct working groups with women, men, youth and children
  • Accompany beneficiaries during recreational activities
  • Manage the petty cash of the community center/Prepare payment requests related to the community center activities
  • Perform administrative and secretarial support functions
  • Report to the country office
  • Responsible for Dorcas visibility. 
  • General office management for the community center 
  • Any other tasks as requested by country office
