TENDER PROCESS
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers including all
relevant documents mentioned above together with the completed signed and
stamped tender dossier in person and not by e-mail in a sealed envelope to our
office (address below).
All enquiries need to be made in writing via email (address below).

Site visit
- A site visit will be offered on Thursday, 3rd December 2020.
- The meeting point for the site visit is the office address, meeting time is 9:00 AM.

Not participating in the site visit will lead to the loss of the relevant score, but the tenderer may still submit their offer.

EVALUATION PROCESS
Tenders will be evaluated on the criteria listed below:
1. Demonstrable ability to perform all functions related to the scope within the
time specified
2. Completed and duly signed and stamped tender documents
3. Bidders’ business profile (incl. Organogram, Insurance, Equipment’s related to
the project)
4. Total price
5. Years of relevant experience
6. Compliance with Tankamel Sawa and arche noVa terms and conditions
7. Bidders’ recommendation letters/ past performance
8. List of similar projects
9. Site visit participation
10. Experiences and origin in the area of intervention
11. Method statement

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
An advanced payment will be paid upon receiving the Bank Check/Garanty after contract signature. All payments will be done in fresh USD.
