Contracting Authority: “Terre des Hommes Italy” has received a grant from various donors such as UNICEF, AICS, EU and many others for the implementation of humanitarian actions, and intends to apply a portion of those grants for payments under this contract/agreement. No party other than “Terre des Hommes Italy” (hereinafter: TDH IT) shall derive any rights from the grant or have any claim to its proceeds.

Object of the contract: it is the intention of TDH IT to enter into a contract, for a period of 3 month probation, for the provision of video/photo production services. The Requested supply aims at providing TDH IT

Location of the activities: Jbeil, Souk EL Ghareb, Shwaya, Barja, Burj El Brajneh, Chatila, Arsal.

Selection and Awarding Criteria: The evaluation team shall review and evaluate the Financial and Technical Dossier on the basis of their responsiveness to the requirements and technical specifications and the other documentation required/provided:

1. Price (Criteria 1, weight 60%)
2. Portfolio (Criteria 2, weight 30%)
3. References (Criteria 3, weight 5%)
4. Experiences (Criteria 4, Weight 5%)

TDH IT will conduct the evaluation solely on the basis of the dossier received. Evaluation of dossier shall be undertaken in the following steps:

1. Preliminary examination including Eligibility:

Licenses.

               Minimum five (5) years’ experience in videography/photography.

1. Evaluation financial and technical bids

               Demonstrate competency with developing and producing videos and photos.

               Provide portfolio including video and photos samples.

               Provide two references at least from professionals in the audio-visual field.
