  1. Human Resources Duties
  • Developing techniques and mechanisms for selecting competent individuals to work in places appropriate to their skills and experience, supervising their appointment and training them in their tasks in the work, following up the employment of new employees through the approved recruitment mechanism, leading their testing process, and interviewing them, and ensuring their compatibility with the nature of the job that they were presented to.   • Developing the strategic plan for the management of employees in the association, which depends on monitoring all matters related to them within the scope of their jobs.
  • Study the nature of employee behavior to give the management a first picture of their needs, and the tasks required of them, which must be reconciled correctly in order for the work to be carried out successfully.
  • Inform employees of their rights and duties and follow up on the implementation of the various labor laws.
  • Achieving effective management of employees, that is, achieving appropriate management for each employee, so that it is easy for the employee to know the nature of their work, and to direct them in a correct way in case they need any help in their special tasks.
  • Evaluating the performance of employees and setting scientific methods for this by following their work progress, identifying errors in case they are committed, and helping them to overcome them in coordination with and through the direct manager.
  • Monitor employee activity and ensure that they carry out the tasks required of them in coordination with the line manager.
  • Develop mechanisms and suggestions to invest in the optimum capacity and capabilities of employees and follow-up and evaluation of that.
  • Developing the competencies of individuals through a set of strategies that include developing training and qualification programs that contribute to developing their competencies and ensuring that they achieve the best possible performance.
  • Supporting employee innovation by working with them to implement a set of innovative ideas, which they create to contribute to adding new things to the work.
  • Enhance communication between management and employees, especially if there are any requests that the employee needs within the scope of work, or in personal cases, such as obtaining sick leave.
  • Interacting and cooperating with the association’s general management, through its participation in strategic decision-making, which ensures continued work efficiency; and must submit his suggestions in the field of employee search, especially for new projects that need to hire new employees.
  • Applying the rights of employees and granting them all their privileges and working to provide a suitable work environment for them in conditions appropriate to the scope of employment and ensuring psychological comfort for them in their work.
  • Managing change and development and proposing to change any policy that is applied in the wrong way, or no longer achieves the required results from it, in case it relates to employees.
  • Work to achieve compatibility between the main plans of management, and plans for human resources, so that the overall goals are achieved in a balanced manner.
  • Monitor the progress being made in the different job divisions by relying on a monthly plan to measure the specific performance of each employee.
  • Walk them to reach work progress, development, qualification and professional development for them.
  • Effectiveness in the organization's strategy.
  • To develop a sense of loyalty to the institution at the employee.
  • Setting job placement in line with the administrative structure in which the files are specified for each employee, his responsibilities, powers and limits of work and who is responsible for it and to update and address any loophole that reveals the manifestation of deficiencies in laws and regulations that are unable to provide flexibility to meet changing and evolving conditions and work to update and develop them.
  • Encourage self-solutions and initiatives presented by some administrators to overcome problems.
  • Encouraging decentralization of administration and strengthening local administration to ease restrictions on centralization in management.
  • Activate the substantive discussions aimed at developing the administrative apparatus and reallocating the workforce in accordance with the interest of the work.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the General and related department.

With minimum of 50 employee and more. • Proven professional experience in developing reports. • Has in-depth knowledge of the Lebanese Labor Law and all applicable decrees. C.
