Very important notes:

Kindly mention on the envelop the following information:

1. You can use the attached list by filling in the unit cost & total cost columns. Sign, stamp the quote and attached the pictures of cars that mentioned in the quotation then send it in sealed envelope to plan international office 2^th Floor, Bank Audi bldg., Independence Street (Saydeh Church Str.), Ashrafieh - Beirut, Lebanon.
2. Plan International Lebanon does not usually make advance payment.
3. Payment will be pay via bank transfer on a monthly basis.
4. Plan International Lebanon has the right to accept or reject any offer without giving reasons.
5. Please attach copies of the commercial register and tax card and sales taxes certificate. Offers without those attachments will not be regarded.
6. The supplier is responsible for paying all kinds of taxes without any responsibility on Plan International Lebanon.
7. Please clarify if the prices are including the sales tax and the VAT or not (according to the availability/unavailability of the ST certificate)
