Peace of Art is launching a tender for the purchase of Production & Photography Equipment

The procurement team will be receiving the quotations and will be choosing the supplier based on the most competitive pricing.

• Canon DSLR Camera (EOS 2000D 24MP+Lens): For educational purposes  (Quantity: 4)
• Camera Battery: for the same as above camera type (Quantity: 1)
• Digital Lavalier Microphone (Quantity: 4)
• External Camera Microphone: Shotgun Mic (Quantity: 1)
• Full HD Camcorder (Panasonic HC-MDH3 AVCHD Shoulder Mount Camcorder with LCD Touchscreen & LED Light, or similar) (Quantity: 1)

Note: Prices are requested to be in USD with VAT included. The quotes must include a letter-head showing the company's name, phone number, and email.

Suppliers will be notified with the results within 10 days after the deadline of submission (24th of September 2020).

Peace of Art is recieving submissions for quotation from now, and before the deadline which is on the 24th of September. Any submission beyond the deadline will not be taken into consideration.

Contracted Supplier will be chosen based on the most competative price aligning with the specifications requested by the call. Payment will be in cash as fresh money (USD).

Suppliers are required to have:

- Company License Registration

- Commercial Registration

- Certificate of Registration with the Ministry of Finance

- Certificate of registration with VAT
