The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent, humanitarian, non-profit, non-governmental organisation which provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide.

NRC Lebanon employs more than 450 staff who are the main drivers behind the implementation of NRC’s projects in country. NRC operates out of a central office in Beirut with satellite offices in Tripoli, Zahle, Bekaa, and Tyre.

NRC is currently seeking reputable, licensed Service Providers for the establishment of a two-year agreement for the provision of psychosocial support for its employees residing in Lebanon.

The main objective for the service is to provide one-on-one psychosocial support sessions to NRC staff upon request, in addition to providing Group Counseling sessions upon need. The requirements are found in the RFQ document.
