Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children, women and men. Established in France in 1979, Action Against Hunger is a nongovernmental, non-political, non-religious, non-profit organisation. Action Against Hunger - Mission Lebanon intends to award a Contract for the following in the context of humanitarian programs:

The purpose of this Call for Tenders is to solicit competitive offers for the supply of FABRIC MASKS for the benefit of Action Against Hunger. The purpose of this Call for Tenders is to sign a frameworks agreement for supply of fabric masks.

The Call for Tenders aims at selecting reliable companies.

Action Against Hunger does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest tender or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.

Sample of the Fabric Mask should be provided along with the offer.

1. Award Criteria. The frameworks agreement will be awarded to the technically and administratively compliant offer(s) that is offering the best quality/price ratio, taking into account the quality of the products offered and the price of the offer.

2. General.

- Submission of a Bid shall be deemed as an acknowledgement by the Bidder that all obligations stipulated by this ITB and RFQ will be met and, unless specified otherwise, the Bidder has read, understood and agreed to all the instructions in this ITB and RFQ. 

-  ACF is under no obligation to award a contract to any Bidder as a result of this ITB/ RFQ.

3. Cost. The Bidder shall bear all costs related to the preparation and/or submission of the Bid, regardless of whether its Bid was selected or not.  ACF shall in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the selection process.

تتصدى منظمة العمل لمكافحة الجوع لأسباب وآثار الجوع والأمراض التي تهدد حياة الأطفال والنساء والرجال الضعفاء. تأسست منظمة العمل ضد الجوع في فرنسا عام 1979 ، وهي منظمة غير حكومية وغير سياسية وغير دينية وغير ربحية. منظمة العمل ضد الجوع - تنوي بعثة لبنان منح عقد لما يلي في سياق البرامج الإنسانية.

الغرض من هذه الدعوة لتقديم العطاءات هو التماس عروض تنافسية لتوريد أقنعة نسيجية لصالح العمل ضد الجوع. الغرض من هذه الدعوة لتقديم العطاءات هو التوقيع على اتفاقية إطارية لتوريد أقنعة النسيج.

تهدف دعوة المناقصات إلى اختيار شركات موثوقة.

العمل ضد الجوع. الأشرفية - منطقة ساسين ، شارع الياس بعقليني - مبنى كاليا - الطابق العاشر ، بيروت ، بين الساعة 8 صباحاً - 4.30 مساءً (بتوقيت لبنان). لا تلزم منظمة العمل ضد الجوع بمنح العطاء لأقل عطاء أو أي عطاء وتحتفظ بالحق في قبول العطاء كله أو جزء منه.

يجب تقديم عينة من القناع القماشي مع العرض

1. معايير منح المناقصة: سيتم منح العقد للعرض (العروض) المتوافقة تقنيًا وإداريًا والتي تقدم أفضل نسبة جودة / سعر ، مع مراعاة جودة المنتجات المعروضة وسعر العرض.

2. في العام:  يعتبر تقديم المناقصة بمثابة إقرار من قبل المقدم/ة بأن جميع الالتزامات المنصوص عليها في ITB و RFQ هذا سيتم الوفاء بها ، وما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك ، فإن العارض قد قرأ وفهم ووافق على جميع التعليمات الواردة في ITB و RFQ.

- ACF ليست ملزمة بمنح عقد لأي مقدم عرض نتيجة لهذا ITB / RFQ.

3. التكلفة: يتحمل العارض جميع التكاليف المتعلقة بإعداد و / أو تقديم المناقصة ، بغض النظر عما إذا تم اختياره/ها أم لا. لا تتحمل ACF بأي حال من الأحوال المسؤولية أو المسؤولية عن تلك التكاليف ، بغض النظر عن سلوك أو نتيجة عملية الاختيار.
