Program Coordinator

The Initiative coordinator will have a wide range of responsibilities and is expected to work on a variety of tasks related to the different services of the initiative including (but not restricted to):
Identifying organizations that may be interested in different services of the initiative and following up closely with corresponding representatives.
Coordinating workshops, seminars, webinars, and courses and following up with registrants/participants.
Following up closely with subject matters experts (SMEs) engaged in different services including certification and capacity building offerings among others.
Preparing content of material related to the initiative including presentations, brochures, newsletter, reports, etc.
Writing short proposals for the purpose of partnerships, agreements, etc.
Working closely with different team members including the initiative managers, the communications team, the IT team, and the administrative team among others.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
Background in project management, business, public relations, or other related/relevant fields.
At least 3 years of previous experience in managing projects and teams and/or working in the NGO sector.
Advanced writing skills and excellent report writing, presentation, and documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic skills
Proven excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Flexibility to work in teams and under pressure
Public engagement experience
