RESPONSIBILITIES

 

A. Partnership Management:

  • Develop a marketing and PR strategy for non-financial services in Lebanon with collaboration with Governmental and nongovernmental organization (Municipalities, Ministries, CBO’s, Donors, Al Majmoua Branches….)
  • Build positive working relationships with the partners and ensure their satisfaction
  • Coordinate with above parties the monthly, quarterly and annual projects, activities and needs.
  • Build positive working relationships with beneficiaries and ensure their satisfaction

 

 

B. Project Management:

  • Prioritize, plan and coordinate project development activities according to the needs
  • Prepare and send the invitation to all parties.
  • Coordinate with the trainers the suite dates and the materials needed.
  • Develop the action plan of project and the resources needed.
  • Determine and identify resource requirements with right skills to successfully execute projects.
  • Deliver Economic empowerment sessions into the projects and Al Majmoua Own fund if needed.
  • Contribute in the training delivery for in-house and outsource training on Socio-economic empowerment and staff if needed.
  • Facilitate of exchange experience, flew information, focus group discussions and training materials.
  • Asses potential and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plan

 

C. Staff Management:

  • In consultation with the NFS Project Supervisor, Coordinate and recruit trainers / freelancers team those fits the expertise of the achievements.
  • Identify the opportunities of outsource training to meet needs.
  • Coordinate with Al-Majmoua and the external trainers to carry out all the requested services
  • Coordinate with Al-Majmoua team to put the access to loan criteria and give this access to the beneficiaries
  • Supervise development team on daily basis to execute assigned projects with deadlines and budget
  • Track the needs of partners, trainers, trainees and market
  • Follow up the trainer’s performance.
  •  Track the performance of trainers and the team, and ensure quality of work

 

D. Finance and Logistic Management:

  • Update and adapt training materials of NFS.
  • Follow up the budget and action plan of projects or for our own fund.
  • Responsible of the assigned project petty cash
  • Responsible of any assets used during the project implementation

 

E. Follow up and reporting:

  • Assist in writing the monthly, quarterly and annual report for the project.
  • Track the feedback and take action to modify accordingly.
  • Undertake evaluation and impact assessment for projects and activities done to modify the work processes.
  • Assure the implementation of all the templates and monitoring and evaluation tools (Application, attendance sheets, training session evaluation, pre\posttest, assessments...)
  • Provide all the needed sources of verification of the project to meet the designed indicators
