Call for Media Company services to provide video production, infographic and social media posters

1. BACKGROUND

T.E.R.R.E.Liban, as an Intermediate Support Organization (ISO) on the Environment and Solid Waste Management Issue Network “LANE” (Lebanese Advocacy Network For Environment), under the Civic Engagement Initiative - CEI component of Building Alliances for Local Advancement, Development and Investment Capacity Building – BALADI CAP Project through a sub award issued by Counterpart International, Inc. as a part of the USAID-funded BALADI Program, is coordinating, supporting and promoting “issue networks” of CSOs, around the following advocacy area: Environmental Protection and Solid Waste Management. T.E.R.R.E.Liban wishes to undertake the consultancy services for a Media company to video production of media and social media services for an awareness campaign on land-use management in Lebanon.

1. PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT

T.E.R.R.E.Liban is seeking the services of an experienced Media company to provide Video production and Social Media services for an awareness campaign on Land-use Management in Lebanon in coordination with T.E.R.R.E.Liban team and LANE members and its designated expert under CEI Component – Baladi Cap project. 

1. SCOPE OF WORK

The consultant must provide the following tasks:

• Produce a video to be published on TV and on Social Media:

1. in coordination with TL team, LANE network and the designated Expert.
2. based on the information provided by the expert and the network members. 

• Produce an infographic
• Produce 5 posters to be published on Social Media

1. WORK DURATION

The work duration shall not exceed 3 weeks including collecting the information from LANE expert, preparing, modifying and submitting the final products according to LANE expert recommendations and remarks.
