We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Male Community Facilitator to enhance community engagement and support gender equality initiatives. The facilitator will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive environment, facilitating community sessions, and connecting individuals with essential resources.

Provide direct support and care for adult survivors of GBV and age-appropriate specialized support and care for adolescent, male and girl child survivors of GBV, including counseling and case management.

ستقوم المساعدة الإدارية بدور أساسي في دعم العمل الفعال في المركز الذي يعتبر مكاناً أمناً للنساء و الفتيات. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة مهارات استثنائية في التنظيم والإدارة، بالإضافة إلى التزام قوي بإنشاء بيئة آمنة وداعمة للنساء والفتيات. ستعمل المساعدة الإدارية عن كثب مع فريق البرامج وستقدم الدعم الإداري لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة والتواصل الفعال وتنسيق الأنشطة ضمن المكان الآمن.

This position will be responsible for managing a multifaceted project with two primary components. The first component focuses on implementing sessions on gender equality using a specific curriculum, overseeing community mobilizers and social workers leading this component. The second component involves leading advocacy efforts, campaigns, and related activities, while also coordinating with various partners.
