ONE WIG STAND is a non-profit organization based in Lebanon dedicated to improving the lives of women and families experiencing the hardships of breast cancer. One Wig Stand takes a hands-on approach to increasing awareness about the disease among young women while also providing support for breast cancer patients through its engaging campaigns. The NGOs work also focuses on developing projects that adapt to the local culture so as to encourage early detection, to eliminate the taboo still attached to the disease in our part of the world and to ultimately improve the quality of life for those diagnosed with breast cancer.
We're hiring!
We’re looking for a PASSIONATE, CREATIVE project coordinator with a talent for thinking up and bringing projects to life (from concept to reality) that make a difference in the lives of cancer patients. The ideal candidate should be a master of juggling more than one on-going project or event at a time and have experience coordinating with different vendors for its execution. Project coordinator will also be responsible for marketing (online and offline) and social media engagement (facebook, twitter, blog, etc) for the respective projects he/she works on. 
Excellent organization and communication skills are an absolute must. Previous experience working in the non-profit sector (as an employee or volunteer) is a huge plus.
Required Skills:

Native level of fluency in Arabic and fluent in English. French is a plus, but not required. You should feel comfortable translating any content between Arabic and English if needed for Press Releases or other uses relating to the project you're working on.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work as well on your own as with a group.
Ability to network, engage and influence people.
Event coordination. Not the kind for parties or weddings but workshops, press conferences and/or fairs.
Strong project management skills and can meet deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure with a solutions-oriented approach.
Computer know-how (word, powerpoint, excel).
Social-media savvy (twitter, facebook, pinterest, instagram, blogging).
Genuine interest in non-profit work and One Wig Stand's mission.
Espresso-drinker, a plus.
