Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, good performance record in supporting Administrative and Financial Management activities is essential.
Skills
- Advanced computer skills, including word processing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel) and data management programmes, and ability to quickly learn new applications.

Job Description:
Under the direct supervision of the LEDA Director, the incumbent will perform as requested the following functions:
Finance and Budgeting:
- Assist in budget preparation, revision and control;
- Prepare and maintain updated and easily accessed/user friendly financial files;
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual  reports;
Personnel Administration:
- Maintain accurate personnel records and filing system.
- Prepare and certify attendance sheets and leave requests.
Procurement & Inventory:
- Prepare proper documentation for purchase of goods for processing purchase orders and contracts.
- Assist with the preparation of bidding documentation and process including RFP/RFQ. Perform the tasks of office supplies requisition including the preparation of equipment specifications, collection of bids and preparation of purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate and up to date inventory reports with information on the status and location of all inventory items
General office administration:
- Arrange and Assist with the logistic aspects in organizing and providing services for training events, workshops, meetings, and missions;
- Assist in writing project proposals
- Negotiate contracts for utilities; prepare lease agreements & maintenance system for all LEDA equipment and furniture;
- Arrange appointments and maintains the Director’s calendar;
- Receive, place and screen telephone calls and answers queries in the most friendly, effective and discreet manner;
- Perform translation of official correspondence and documents from English to Arabic and vice versa;
- Perform any basic office procedure such as filing, photocopying, typing etc.;
