1. Job Purpose: To implement, and develop LADE’s project & activities in compliance with LADE’s strategy and the project requirements.

2. Dimensions:

3. Key Result Areas:

a.      Coordinate and implement all project/activities.

b.      Design and develop project proposal:

-          Design of project proposals.
-          Development of project documents in collaboration with the administrative and financial manager.
 

c.       Report:

-          Produces regular progress reports and narrative reports and other reports if required.

4. Minimum Qualifications:

Education
-          Bachelor Degree in public administration, political science, NGO management or any related field.
-          Fluency in written and spoken English, and Arabic, French is an asset.
Experience
-          At least 3 years of experience in project management.
-          Good background & expertise in education, Electoral Law, Electoral Reform and Election Observation.
Computer
-          Expert in main computer applications (Microsoft Office Application…).
