1. Background:
Middle East Partnership Initiative Lebanon Alumni Association (MEPI-LAA) is a registered (88 A/D) nongovernmental, non partisan and non religious organization of 120 members and a network of positive thinkers and advocates of change that was established in 2010. We aim to create public value for the Lebanese society within four pillars: Democracy, Education, Economics and Women empowerment. Under the “Empowering Lebanese Entrepreneurs” ELE project, MEPI Lebanon Alumni Association is recruiting a M&E consultant:
 2.    Monitoring and evaluation consultancy Objectives :

Monitor the outcome of the project & its impact on society
Create a M&E plan which will include all the project details, activities, targets, risks, contingency measurement, etc.
The M&E plan will be used as a reporting tool to ensure that all activities are monitored correctly and that all indicators are fully covered
Develops performance indicators
Collects, collates and analyses performance indicators
Monitors program performance and reporting
Supports outreach and communication activities
Submit a final report

3. Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, analyses and assessments of development projects;
Familiarity with one or more of the following development activities:  local government and civil society strengthening; income generating activities; educational strengthening; entrepreneurship.
Experience in the development of evaluation and assessment scopes of work;
Experience in facilitating assessments, analytical reports and evaluations, including testing of the validity of results frameworks and other program logic models;
Field monitoring, social surveys, rapid assessment techniques, and statistical analysis.
Fluent English and Arabic strongly desired.
Demonstrated excellent report writing skills.
