Project Officer (Local)

CELIM – Centro Laici Italiani per le Missioni - is a Non-governmental Organization founded in 1954 and recognized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the European Union. We implement projects in Africa, Balkans and Middle East. We work in Lebanon since 2013 and have implemented different projects supporting migrants' rights and building resilience among refugee communities. 
Tasks:· Support to the Programs Manager in daily tasks· Participation to meetings/events· Research and collection of information and data for project writing· Drafting of project proposals with the PM· Trips for feasibility studies· Support to the registration process· Logistic tasks· Translation of documents
Requirements:· 2-3 years working experience· BA or Master’s degree, preferably in fields related to Humanitarian Aid and Development studies· Knowledge of NGO/INGO work· Preferably previous experience in project writing· Very good communication skills· Highly organized, able to work by respecting deadline and with highighly sense of responsibility· Fluency in Arab and English· Knowledge of Italian and/or French is an asset· Lebanese national· Possibility of working from home· Ability to work independently· Strong motivation in working in the humanitarian field
