Pr Bey 3414 - Dfatd Nlg: Advocacy Consultant

Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-government international organization that provides humanitarian and development assistance in Lebanon since 1993.

The advocacy consultant will to conduct a ToT for a team of advocacy leaders and support them in implementing trainings in four adolescent community centers. Furthermore, they will support in the design of advocacy campaigns and implement 72 youth-led projects centered around the campaign themes. The advocacy consultant will provide training, guidance, support, the framework, as well as the methodology to measure the impact of the overall campaigns and projects.

The selected candidate should be inspiring; motivated and enthusiastic; a visionary; creative; imaginative; enjoys working with youth; has experience with grassroots movements; solid understanding of the dynamics of Lebanon and how to link the local to the national; previous experience in campaign work and community mobilization.
