World Vision: Hygiene/ Cleaning Product Request

Dear Sir,

Kindly note World Vision Lebanon is an International NGO working to create lasting changes in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty in Lebanon.

We are currently seeking to have a yearly agreement with a Supplier than can provide us with Hygiene/ Cleaning products on a monthly base.
For this, we have attached the most common requested items and estimated quantity per month.

if you are interested to apply, you are kindly required to send us the below not later than the 31st of March 2014:
In a Sealed Envelop: your quotation (according to the attached list) - Kindly make sure to write the Subject on the envelop from outside
Sample of all the mentioned items (to be returned)
Catalogue or website where we can base our order from (if Any)
Commercial Register (of the company) سجل تجاري

The above shall be sent to our offices (address below) before the deadline mentioned above.

Kindly note that if you do not have the exact requested item, you may send a similar alternative item.
