World Vision Lebanon - Call For Tender:advertising Firm - Eu Wash Project

World Vision Lebanon is an International NGO working to create lasting changes in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty in Lebanon.

As part of our development projects and relief interventions, World Vision is implementing a project funded by the European Union to support the Water and Sanitation in Bekaa with the coordination of Bekaa Water Establishment.

For this, World Vision is in need to hire a professional advertising firm to develop a Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) promotion campaign to target the population in Ablah and Taalabaya where World Vision will be implementing water infrastructure works and the population in their surrounding areas.

This consultancy service requires substantial experience in the design and the implementation of promotion campaigns using different advertising services. Attached is a detailed Terms of Reference.
