Key Tasks Required:

Providing new skills to the participants , refugees, unprivileged and to youth with less opportunities to help them start a new business or find work in an existing clay pots making or art workshop, to help in providing them with an income through their new skills. This will also help in building their aspirations away from negative coping mechanisms that poverty might push them towards in this very dire socio-economic situation the country is passing through and that has a harder toll on the refugees. Thus, a qualified experienced trainer is requested to conduct trainings on:
Clay pots design, making, and finishing 
Provide insight and training on the business and marketing aspects of pottery which offer students the opportunity to become self-sufficient, developing their own business model or be integrated in existing Clay workshops.

Other Trainer responsibility:
•    Responsible for proper care and maintenance of kilns and other equipment.
•    Responsible for keeping work areas neat; attends to proper storage of ceramic supplies.
•    Performs other related duties as assigned.

The assignment will include curriculum preparation, hands-on practical training design and implementation of pottery pieces, field visits to art galleries and other factories to learn from other experiencers. This is a course of 70-90 hours between theory and practice.

The trainer should have: 
o    Practical, hands-on experience in clay and pottery 
o    Past experience in conducting similar trainings
o    Experience with the business side of the sector
