JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the position is to administer World Vision Lebanon People and Culture systems and provide administrative support to the P&C function including but not limited to correspondence generation, record keeping, and personnel files maintenance. To act as a super user to Our People system and to manage the recruitment module as per WVL recruitment process.

To ensure a quick effective service is provided to all WVL stakeholders and to contribute to the achievement of the overall departmental objectives and work plan.

The community assistant will help during assessment for our sponsorship project in Saida.
Main tasks will include note taking, distribution, completing sponsorship business process and helping during implementation activities (data entry, coordinate meetings/events).
The required profile needs to have good English language (for reading and writing), needs to have a car and a driving license, and be familiar with the area of work (Saida).
CANDIDATE MUST BE LIVING IN SAIDA.

The purpose of information management officer role is to improve existing data management systems and processes and ensure that meaningful program information from internal and external sources are collected to support accurate reporting, decision making, and stronger positioning of WV Lebanon.
