World Vision Lebanon is an International NGO working to create lasting changes in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty in Lebanon. 

World Vision is seeking interested Contractors experienced in Rehabilitation and Construction for the office in Akkar .

For interested contractors, the below document ( BOQ ) is attached for quoting: 

Interested contractors are cordially invited to submit their bid for the above not later than Wednesday 14th of November 2018 along with the below requested documents, and offers should be submitted by email to address: [email protected]  AND  in a Sealed Envelope to our office in Mansourieh. 

A site visit will be held on Tuesday 6th of November 2018 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM in the presence of World Vision WASH Coordinator. Interested candidates are to liaise with World Vision Procurement Department for site visit: 04-401 980 Ext 1086 by sending an email [email protected] BEFORE the date of the site visit Monday 5 November, 2018 before 2:00 PM. 

Submission of Bids: 
Offers must be submitted in 3 separately sealed envelopes to World Vision National Office as follows AND by email to [email protected]  (divided into 3 separate files) 
·        1 sealed envelope/document containing Company Portfolio 
·        1 sealed envelope/document containing technical part of the offer 
·        1 sealed envelope/document containing financial part of the offer 

To make sure to clearly mention the subject in your email or in the top-right hand side of the Sealed Envelope with the name of the Supplier and the subject line:
