(WL) implementing the USAID-funded Quality Instruction towards Access and Basic Improvement (QITABI 2) Project, in-collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) is conducting a market study leading into procurement of educational children’s books for English and French languages targeted to Primary schools KG 1 to Grade 7 with special emphasis on books approved by the Center for Educational Research and Development (CERD).

Over three years the Leaders for Democracy Fellowship Program (LDF) - U.S. Department of State U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative funded program - will transform the lives of 100 emerging leaders in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Through both U.S. and Lebanon-based fellowships that combine four-weeks of academic learning with an eight-week practicum, Fellows will gain the knowledge and skills needed to be positive change agents in their communities.
