The objective of the Monitoring & Evaluation Lead is to enhance operational procedures at The Volunteer Circle and develop a comprehensive impact measurement framework for each revenue stream and the entire organization. This includes but not limited to: reviewing standard operating procedures, implementing monitoring and evaluation processes, collaborating with team members to ensure effective implementation, and documenting the findings to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The Subscriptions & Masterclass Lead is an entrepreneurial sales-focused role that drives engagement by promoting Volunteer Subscriptions and the Volunteer Leadership Masterclass. This role is focused on engaging the local, regional, and global community, expanding The Volunteer Circle's reach, and maximizing the number of volunteers, NGOs, institutions, startups, and partners. The Subscriptions & Masterclass Lead effectively communicates our value proposition to diverse organizations across Lebanon, the region, and globally.

This role is hybrid and offers the possibility of remote work.

The Impact Data & Talent Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data on impact retrieved from volunteers, organizations, and partners. They will contribute to data-driven decision-making on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and report and visualize Key Impact Performance Indicators and metrics. Additionally, they will match relevant skilled volunteer talent to jobs that suit them, ensuring successful placements and positive experiences for both volunteers and partner organizations.

The Volunteer Circle seeks a dynamic and entrepreneurial Communications Manager to develop & execute communication strategies for our platform, ensuring effective messaging, positioning & promotion across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong product marketing, public relations, and social media background, with a passion for developing and executing comprehensive communication plans. The Deputy Executive Director oversees The Volunteer Circle development and fosters local, regional, and global growth. The Deputy Executive Director oversees all aspects of the organization's operations, including governance, membership, partnerships, programs, outreach, collaboration, and impact reporting. The Deputy Executive Director reports to the Executive Director, Advisory Board, and Foundation Board.

Objectives
• Join in the responsibility of launching the new platform including testing, setting up data, scheduling launch events with media and partners, etc.
• Engage the local, and regional community and encourage volunteer participation.
• Expand the reach and impact to engage a maximum number of volunteers, NGOs, institutions, and partners as defined in the mission and vision of The Volunteer Circle.
• Communicate and deliver our services to different types of organizations across all districts in Lebanon and the region.

The Mayors of Impact program gathers 12 active youth from across Lebanon with roles to attract new organizations (NGOs, social enterprises, etc.) with volunteer opportunities to link to potential volunteers. Our community currently includes 5,000+ volunteers &180 NGOs in Lebanon. We are looking for a Coaching Expert with experience in the third sector to provide our youth mayors of impact with 1/2 day in-person capacity building training on community activism, communication with 3rd sector entities/negotiation skills, maintaining motivation, & time management.
