Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. 

Proposals must be submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system (Tuesday 15th May 2018 at 8:00 Am New York time, which is equivalent to 3:00 PM Beirut Local Time) . Your Proposal must be expressed in English, and valid for a minimum period of 120 days.
