Traditions & People through AHLAN project has launched a series Matbakh (home restaurants), Beit (guest homes) and Deken (farm shops) – owned by youth, women and families, across Lebanon.
AHLAN projects are community-based social enterprises that aim at keeping youth in their localities and creating sustainable local businesses, they help alleviate the unprecedent economic crisis that Lebanon is going through and they provide job opportunities for vulnerable youth and females within their communities to meet the increasing demand in the agrotourism sector

Traditions and people is a social enterprise working on projects to preserve culinary traditions, and rural heritage and promote community development through women empowerment, youth employment, respect, ownership and passion for excellence.
Traditions and People is producing 300 meals per day to be distributed to NGO beneficiaries across Lebanon ending on the 02th of May 2025.

Traditions & people, in partnership with UNICEF, launched "AHLAN”, a network of community -based social enterprises that aims at creating sustainable and local businesses and providing opportunities for vulnerable youth, females & families within their communities to meet the increasing demand in the agro-tourism sector.

تقاليد وناس هي مؤسسة اجتماعية تعمل على مشاريع للحفاظ على التقاليد الطهوية والتراث الريفي وتعزيز التنمية المجتمعية من خلال تمكين النساء وتوظيف الشباب والاحترام والملكية والشغف بالتميز.

تقاليد وناس بالتعاون مع اليونيسف تعيد تأهيل 6 مشاريع مجتمعية إضافية في مختلف أنحاء لبنان. يهدف المشروع إلى توظيف الشباب والنساء من المناطق الأكثر ضعفاً
