SIDC is a Lebanese Non-profit civil society organization established in 1987 and officially registered 9/AD in 1992.
SIDC meaningfully engages vulnerable populations, to promote their health and well-being pertaining to HIV, Harm reduction, SRHR, and mental health, to support them in enjoying their human and gender rights, and to work towards an inclusive society free of stigma and discrimination at the national and regional level. SIDC ensures that vulnerable populations enjoy their health and human rights and fulfill their potential in a society free of stigma and discrimination.

Through this project, SIDC intends to strengthen and expand the range of its services to VPs residing in Beirut,South Lebanon and the Bekaa region, but also to contribute to building the skills of health professionals to improve the accessibility of existing services, and to advocate for the recognition of PLs' rights by the Lebanese health authorities and society.
To increase access to HIV services and promote decentralization of care for key populations all over Lebanon.

The objective of this assignment is to conduct a final evaluation of the project “Enhancing the inclusivity of the LGBTI community in workplaces in Lebanon”, with a focus on Effectiveness, Relevance, Sustainability, and Impact. Based on findings and lessons learnt, recommendations will be made to inform the design and implementation of future responses and partnerships/ways of working in the sector in Lebanon and beyond.

Frontline AIDS is looking for a consultancy group to conduct a final evaluation for the Global Fund Middle East and North Africa Multi-Country Grant on Sustainability of HIV services for Key Populations. The overall purpose of the final evaluation is to provide an external, objective, evidence-based analysis of the programme’s contribution to the national and regional response to HIV. This will be done through identifying the main results and changes brought on by the programme and how the programme has contributed to these outcomes.

The Human Rights Network is formed of non-governmental organizations, universities, local civil society organizations, and individuals working on defending human rights. It aims to defend and protect marginalized groups and limit discrimination, violations, and bad practices against these groups in the health, social, security, and economic facilities/ spheres. The network was established in 2017 from the Arab Institute for Women at the Lebanese American University, Soins Infirmiers et Developpement Communautaire (SIDC), Skoun, Lebanese Addiction Center, and Dar Al Amal.
